CERTIFIED ACCESS SPECIALIST (CASp)

Our CASp Inspectors are certified by the California Division of State Architect and have performed over 1,000 site evaluations. Certified Access Specialists (CASp) are regarded as experts in the field of ADA & accessibility in the built environment. We specialize in (Federal) ADA compliance, and California Building Code (Title 24) compliance. 

PLAN REVIEW & CASp INSPECTION

Our Certified Access Specialists (CASp) will confidentially survey your property and identify all of the architectural barriers to accessibility to ensure compliance with the ADA and California building code. If your project is in the design phase, we can review your architectural plans for accessibility compliance and save you thousands of dollars in construction costs.

CASp INSPECTION REPORT / ADA INSPECTION REPORT

Following your site survey by a CASp inspector, you will be provided with a detailed CASp report with pictures, diagrams, easy to understand descriptions and recommendations for remediation. Not all CASp reports are created equal and ours are the most user friendly in the industry. If you ever have any questions about your CASp inspection report, we will review each finding and explain compliance can be best achieved.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Our ADA compliance support team are always available to answer your questions. We can guide you through the whole process of creating a barrier removal plan and reduce exposure to an ADA lawsuit. We can provide you with contractor recommendations that are familiar with the ADA and California standards and can help you improve your property correctly. In addition we will continually inform you of changes in accessibility laws and alert you if we notice a serial litigant targeting similar businesses / properties in your area.
